Building a Culture of User-Centric Web Design

In 2011, I joined the UBC McLean branch to develop a user-centered approach to web development, addressing the need for cost-effective, high-quality websites for the pharmaceutical industry. This initiative involved creating efficient workflows, emphasizing responsive design, and prioritizing user experience at every stage of development. My efforts resulted in a significant increase in website production-from a few projects a year to 10-15 new websites annually for major pharmaceutical clients worldwide-all of which are fully responsive, support multiple languages, and include Google Analytics for performance tracking.
