From the initial idea (which I developed with Nancy Mulligan) to ongoing client support, I've been involved in every step of creating and growing weLink, a platform designed to improve how patients participate in clinical research. This included designing the platform, marketing it to find clients, creating the plan for managing the support team, and working directly with clients to make sure it fits their needs. I even managed the team that continues to support and update weLink. WeLink makes clinical trials better by making it easier for patients to participate, helping improve retention, build trust with our clients, and saving money in the long run.
