I collaborated with Senior Manager to develop and launch a novel gamified HTML email campaign designed to improve clinical trial recruitment. This innovative approach, which incorporated game mechanics to increase engagement, generated immediate positive results. Clients and participating sites enthusiastically embraced the program, and the campaign's success earned both a Gold Healthcare Ad Award and a Gold Aster Award. Following the awards we implemented this successful strategy for twelve additional campaigns across four different clients, demonstrating its ongoing effectiveness and scalability.
